Q. When can I expect my package to ship after my transaction is cleared?

A. After your purchase is made, you will be sent a confirmation email of the transaction. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. By accessing the link in the email, you will be able to track where your package is at any given moment. More information can be found on our Shipping and Policies pages. 

Q. I've chosen "In-store Pickup" as my shipping method, when can I expect to come pick up my package.

A. Your transaction will be processed and after the payment has been captured, the product will be ready for you to pick up. Please provide a valid piece of ID to confirm that the package is yours. 

Q. I won't be able to make the in-store pickup however I have a friend or family member who can pick it up instead, is there a way I can send them to get my package?

A. We advise against sending another person on your behalf, however on certain circumstances we would advise calling our in-store team to provide the information on who will be making the pick-up.
