GENERAL TERMS

We cannot guarantee that a product is in stock at all times. In the event that an item sells out, and is no longer available, you will not be charged for the product.

Orders are processed within a 24 hour period once the order has been made. Customers wishing to cancel orders should email support@adriftshop.com immediately. If the product has already been shipped to the customer, please see the exchange and return policy for more information.

Adrift reserves the right to cancel any order. While rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact  Adrift to rectify the issue.  Adrift will honour price adjustments for an order in the event that the product(s) in your purchase are discounted further within 7 days of the original order being placed.

All content and pictures contained within the website remain the property of Adrift and its vendors.

RETURN POLICY

Adrift will not accept any exchanges, or returns without prior communication. All items must be authorized by  Adrift. All exchanges and returns can be processed within 7 days from the original date the product was received, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.  Adrift does not offer refunds, but upon inspection, will gladly provide you with a store credit.

All sale items. whether purchased during an online store sale or with a discount coupon will be declared a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be permitted on discounted merchandise.

All items being exchanged or returned to  Adrift must arrive unworn, with all original tags attached, in appropriate packaging, preferably the packaging the original package was sent in. In the event that any footwear is defective after being worn, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Any purchases processed from Dec 7th to the 24th are eligible for a store credit or exchange instore at our Spadina location between dates Jan 3rd to the 10th. 

Adrift will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned, so it is strongly recommended that any returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.

All shipping costs resulting from exchanged or returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will not be covered by  Adrift. In the event of an exchange, the purchaser agrees to cover and pay for any additional shipping and handling for the exchanged item(s).

If you wish to return an order in-store it can only be exchanged at our Spadina location for a store credit.
